SSG Course Terms of Use
By enrolling in and accessing this ISSG online course, you agree to the following Terms of Use:
1. Use of Course Materials
All course content, including presentations, PDFs, videos, quizzes, and exams, is the intellectual property of Integrated Security Solutions Group (ISSG) and is provided for individual use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Student Conduct
You agree to complete all coursework honestly and independently. Cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of identity will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the course, with no refund or certification granted.
3. Exam Policy
The exam must be completed in one sitting. Once started, it may not be paused or restarted. You must score at least 75% to pass and receive your State of Texas Level Two Certificate. ISSG reserves the right to deny certification for violations of exam integrity.
4. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the necessary requirements to access and complete the course. ISSG is not responsible for technical issues outside its platform.
5. Certification Delivery
Certificates will be issued via email to the address provided upon registration, only after successful completion of the course and exam.
6. Refunds and Transfers
This course is non-refundable once accessed. Transfers to other courses or users are not permitted.
7. Modification of Terms
ISSG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
